The imaginary that James Bonachea (Cuba, 1977) presents in this exhibition is based on the idea or the possibility of visits by extraterrestrial civilizations to our planet in remote times.
The artist, through a series of pieces that cover different disciplines, and with a solid discourse loaded with a certain dose of humor and fantasy, raises the possibility that various pre-Hispanic cultures appropriated the codes and information that these intergalactic beings brought, and from there they created a whole symbology that became part of their own history.
